No, a referral isn’t required for private physiotherapy. However, if you’re an NDIS participant, DVA recipient, or using a Home Care Package, your case manager or support co-ordinator may need to approve funding for your sessions.

Your initial session will include:
Yes, we bring any equipment needed for your treatment, such as resistance bands, weights and moisturising cream. If required, we can also recommend suitable home exercise equipment and mobility aides.
Medicare may cover up to five sessions under an EPC (Chronic Disease Management Plan). You’ll need a referral from your GP, and a gap fee applies.
Yes, we provide NDIS-funded physiotherapy for self-managed participants. Contact us to discuss how we can support your NDIS goals.
Yes, if your health fund covers physiotherapy. We provide an invoice so you can claim your rebate – check with your insurer for details.
Yes, we work with Home Care Package providers and offer physiotherapy for DVA Gold Card holders with a GP referral.
